where are we going wrong?
My girlfriend's mum got a senseo Coffee Maker for christmas yesterday. We followed all the instructions, flushed the system etc. But it won't do anything other than that. We follow the instructions for making coffee using a pod, but all that happens is the light at the front flashes like it should if its heating water, but while it flashes its not doing anything (supposed to work in 90secs, we left it with light flashing for 1hr after which it turned itself off)
The onmly thing the FAQs tell you to do with problems is to flush the machine again, we have now flushed it 8 times. Where are we going wrong, or is the machine faulty?
totally take it back. my parents experience with those machines is that they are GREAT for convenience but it was tough to get one that actually worked great. they went through several before ending up with the one they have had working for months now.
